Reviews
Nice fun place for a kids birthday party.
Place is very clean.
Staff are friendly and always cleaning tables etc…
Parking is in a connected multi-story called the Atrium.
Everything seems reasonably priced.
Positives: The place is clean and there's lots of seating.
Negatives: I don't pay for tickets to a soft play only to be expected to pay more money in the form of coin machines. My kids got bored after 1 hour and then wanted to constantly go on these machines you have to pay for.
The music level was way too loud.
There's only really two good play things in this place: the slide and the balls that fall from the ceiling. Hence why my kids got bored.
Not coming here again.
It's a very clean and well kept soft play. One of the better ones in the area. Plenty of different obstacles and activities. They just recently replenished their ball pit which is nice. Plenty of seating and great for parties.
We had our daughter's third birthday party and her first social birthday party with her friends. The staff at Pirates' Landing made this first experience much smoother and easier than we imagined it to be.
The host helped us with much of the organisation and all the children had a great time. Seeing our daughter having the time of her life with her friends having great fun brought a lot of joy to our hearts too. They also have a really cool ship!
I definitely recommend, for either the soft-play or the birthday experience!
It used to be a nice place, but the price increase is ridiculous! £8 for a 6mo baby that can't even crawl yet, and won't make much use of the play area, that's a proper rip off. The jumperoos and activity tables were filthy that I wouldn't even touch them myself. Not impressed and won't be coming again for sure unless accompanied by a hygiene inspector. Good day
Attended a kids' party, which was OK. The kids enjoyed the time here, but they were bored after 45 mins due to the size of the play area. The ladies doing the party were excellent and really good with the kids and parents, I really rated there manor with the kids.
Very good experience and soft play for kids. With a giant slide. My kids enjoyed lot and its very reasonable and worth the money spent
3 stars. It’s an improvement over the magic castle, but there are several things they could do to make it better. The play frame has been cleaned up and redone, but nothing has been added. Same slides and levels as when it was the magic castle. The pirate ship is dead space. It’s got chairs and tables set up for a party and when we were there it was roped off. Big disappointment. There aren’t enough chairs and tables, but more could be added easily. There’s a lot of dead space by the entrance, they need to add something extra or I won’t be back. In their favour, the cafe has been moved and cleaned up and is much brighter and friendlier looking. The whole place is CLEAN, thank goodness! And they don’t charge for adults to get in which is nice. However, in terms of things for the children to do, no change from when it was the magic castle.
